Terms and conditions of the e-shop

1. Scope and validity of the Terms

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Schbot Robotics OÜ (the Seller) Online Store and Ordering Terms (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) apply to all persons (hereinafter the Buyer / Subscriber) who use www.schbot.ee e-shop (hereinafter e-shop), order goods and services (hereinafter goods) from the e-shop, including entering into a contract of sale (hereinafter sales contract) for the purchase of goods from the e-shop.

By accepting the Terms, the Buyer confirms that it has read, accepted and complies with the terms and conditions of the contract of sale.

2. Buying goods and placing an order in the online store

2.1 It is possible to buy goods that have the link “Add to cart” in the e-shop. The price of the goods and the availability of the goods are subject to change without notice. If the buyer has placed an order before the price of the goods changes, the price valid at the time of the order will apply.

2.2 The Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale concluded through the e-shop and not to deliver the ordered goods or to render the service in the following cases: the goods are out of stock; this is an “Ordered” item that has run out of stock; the price or features of the item have been displayed incorrectly due to a system error.

2.3 Shopping cart and ordering

You can change the amount of items in your shopping cart. Select the appropriate shipping method to order the item. Further details on the delivery method will be requested on the order form.

The coupon can be used by opening the “Discount code” box and entering your own coupon code in the “Coupon code” box and clicking on the “Add Coupon” button.

Confirm your order by clicking on “Submit Order” and you will be directed to pay according to the chosen payment method. You can change your form of payment in the previous step. If you wish, you can sign up for the Schbot e-shop. Select the shipping method and press the “Next” button. You will be presented with the final payment method selection required to confirm your order and complete your purchase. Choose a payment method and pay for your purchase. Care must be taken when placing an order, as it depends on the prompt and trouble-free delivery of the ordered products.

The sales contract shall be deemed to have been concluded as of the receipt of the amount due according to the order confirmation to the bank account of Schbot Robotics OÜ or the moment of signing the hire purchase agreement. The seller’s order confirmation will not be executed.

2.4 Payment for goods

You can pay for the products: via the Internet Bank (Via Swedbank and SEB bank links). You can pay by postpay by clicking the “postpay” button on the order confirmation page and following the on-screen instructions.

You can pay by gift card and credit card by clicking on the appropriate payment method and following the on-screen instructions.

After making the payment, the e-shop will send you an Order Confirmation and an invoice.

All personal information that comes to our knowledge when visiting the Schbot Online Store and making purchases is treated as confidential information. An encrypted communication channel with banks ensures the security of the buyer’s personal data and bank details. Representatives of Schbot Robotics OÜ do not have access to the respective encrypted data.

2.5 Product Delivery and Delivery

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address entered by the buyer in the order. The buyer will be informed of the delivery via the contact details indicated in the order. The transport of the ordered goods shall be carried out in accordance with the transport conditions in force at the time of placing the order.

Please observe the correct contact information when ordering to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. Schbot Robotics OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for delays in delivery or misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by you when placing your order.

The goods are delivered only to the buyer and on the basis of the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, carefully inspect the packaging and, if the packaging is damaged, make a note on the delivery note. In the event of a defective package, you may refuse to accept the shipment and / or immediately notify Schbot Customer Service at info@Schbot.com.

The goods will be handed over to a third party subject to authorization (including where the buyer has designated a third party as the consignee in the order). The seller may authorize third parties to deliver the goods (including courier service).

If the buyer fails to collect the goods within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of receipt of the agreed goods, the buyer shall be deemed to have violated the contract of sale and shall not request the goods. The seller has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract of sale and claim damages (for example, the cost of storing the goods) and offset the loss incurred by the seller with the amounts paid in advance by the buyer.

2.6 Withdrawal from sale and return of goods

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods. The right of withdrawal from the contract of sale does not apply to the “Ordering” and special ordering of goods indicated in the e-shop.

Upon withdrawal from the contract of sale, the goods and packaging must be unused and complete. In the event of withdrawal, all gifts and other added value arising from the contract of sale shall be returned.

In the case of return of used or incomplete goods, the seller has the right not to satisfy the buyer’s withdrawal or to offset the cost of depreciation of the goods from the amount to be returned to the buyer. The seller also has the right to offset the value of the gifts and other added value at the current retail price in case of non-return.

When withdrawing from the contract of sale, the seller is entitled to offset up to € 10 of the purchase price to be reimbursed for handling costs.

In the event that the buyer fails to return the goods within 14 days from the date of filing the withdrawal, the seller has the right not to accept the withdrawal.

Request for return of goods and withdrawal from the contract of sale can be notified at info@Schbot.com.

Upon withdrawal from the contract of sale, the goods can be returned to the Schbot dealership, whose address is available on the website www.Schbot.com. There is a handling fee of € 10 to be returned to the office, which must be paid to the office cashier. You can return the goods by mail to Schbot Robotics OÜ e-shop at A.H.Tammsaare tee 47, Tallinn 11316.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after the returned item has reached the seller. The amount paid by bank link or wire transfer will be credited back to the account from which the amount was paid and according to the payment method used to place the order. In the case of a credit card payment, a cancellation request will be submitted to the card payment center. In the case of a hire purchase, the current hire purchase agreement will be canceled on the basis of a written application sent to info@Schbot.com. When paying with gift cards, we will refund the purchase amount on the gift cards.

2.7 Withdrawal of the contract of sale

You have the right to cancel your order after you have paid for the goods, but before delivery, at no additional cost. To cancel the contract of sale / order you must send a notice with the number of the contract of sale to the e-mail address info@Schbot.com. A confirmation of cancellation of the contract of sale will be sent.

3. Principles of data protection and processing

3.1 The seller guarantees the buyer’s data incl. privacy policy for the protection and use of personal date terms in accordance with the procedure provided for. Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law and to the terms of this Privacy Policy, Seller has the right, without the Buyer’s consent, to process data (including personal data) to the extent necessary to use the Web Store, enforce the Sales Agreement or enforce the Sales Agreement. Among other things, the seller has the right, without separate consent, to: send notices related to the use of the services of the e-shop, incl. messages sent in the interest of the safety of the users of the e-shop; to maintain records of purchaser orders that are logged in to the e-shop for better customer service and transaction verification, including, within a reasonable time, orders that the purchaser did not complete during the session.

3.2 If the Purchaser has consented to the use of the data for marketing purposes by entering into a Customer Agreement or otherwise by the Purchaser confirming their willingness to do so (eg in self-service), the Seller will use the data under the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy. including personalized direct marketing, promotional and promotional offers of goods and services to the buyer by electronic means (eg via email or SMS).

3.3 The Buyer shall have the right at any time to withdraw the consent to use the Data for marketing purposes by sending the Seller an email or refusing to receive further direct sales offers by following the instructions in the Direct Selling Offer sent to their email address.

4. Liability and Dispute Resolution

4.1 The Consumer shall have the right, within 2 (two) years from the date of delivery of the goods, to submit a complaint to the Seller in case of non-conforming goods (defective goods). The claim must be submitted immediately, but not later than within 2 (two) months of the discovery of the defect. Upon detection of a defect, the consumer shall take reasonable steps to preserve and protect the goods, including the use of defective goods, where the use of the goods further deteriorates the condition of the goods.

4.2 In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the buyer shall have the right to seek legal remedies, including demanding the repair, replacement or withdrawal from the contract of sale and returning the non-conforming goods.

4.3 Schbot Robotics OÜ shall not be liable for: damage / deterioration of the goods, defects caused by improper use of the goods, normal physical wear and tear of the goods during normal use.

4.4 Where the product is warranted by the seller or the manufacturer, the terms of the warranty shall be given to the buyer in writing together with the product and / or made available electronically in the online shop.

4.5 In order to resolve later issues, the buyer must keep proof of purchase (invoice, contract, etc.) proving that the item was purchased from the seller’s online store. Without proof of sale, the seller / servicer may not resolve the issue.

4.6 Claims related to goods purchased from the e-shop can be submitted as follows: Schbot Robotics OÜ e-shop A.H.Tammsaare tee 47, Tallinn 11316, to: info@Schbot.com. Applications are also accepted at the Schbot office, whose address is available on the website www.Schbot.com.

4.7 The claim must also be accompanied by defective goods. The seller and the buyer shall enter into an agreement on the maintenance and repair of the equipment if it is necessary to obtain diagnostic or expert examination of the goods in order to determine the nature and cause of the defect.

4.8 The settlement of defects in the Goods shall be based on the Schbot Robotics OÜ Complaints Terms, which shall form an integral part of the Sales Agreement and these Terms of Purchase and shall be approved by the Purchaser prior to entering into the Sales Agreement.

4.9 The seller ensures that the goods sold in the e-shop comply with the standards in force in the European Union. The circumstances set out in these standards are not considered defective.

5. Other conditions

5.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

5.2 Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. In this case Schbot Robotics OÜ reserves the right to cancel the sale and return the money to the customer’s current account within 10 working days.

5.3 Schbot’s e-shop reserves the right to refuse sales if the item has any of the following problems: a human error in entering a price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a steam cleaner costing $ 700 is sold for $ 7, this is an obvious mistake. consequently, we assume that the customer should understand that this is an error and that the product will not be sold at that price).

5.4 Product information is regularly reviewed and updated. The data may have been updated since your last visit. Due to a deficiency in the manufacturers’ data cards, there may be inaccuracies in the product information of the Schbot e-shop. In this case, the Schbot Online Store assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the product information. Gift card policy

  1. Gift cards apply to all online purchases.
  2. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
  3. A lost or invalid gift card will not be issued or refunded.
  4. The gift card can be used only once.
  5. Schbot.com is not liable to you for any damage caused by: a. The purchase, redemption and / or use of your gift card; b. Your inability to use a gift card that has been lost, forgotten, or due to invalid / false contact information; or c. Use of the Gift Card by unauthorized or unauthorized persons.
  6. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, delete or add to these Terms.

Coupon Policy

  1. Each coupon is identified by a coupon code and has different requirements and rewards. Please check to get your coupon discount all requirements on the coupon must be met.

  5. The coupon may not be used in connection with the purchase of products sold by third parties or their trademarks.

  7. Certain products may not receive a discount. This includes new items that, by law, cannot be sold at a discount in certain countries.
  8. Some promotional offers may not be combined with other promotions in the same order. Generally, only one coupon code can be used per order.
  9. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and will expire on the date stated in the offer.
